Aside from automotive repairs, Jimbos also provides the following value added services:

Courtesy Cars

Our courtesy cars are available at $33 per day while your car is in for service or repairs.  Bookings are essential.  Every client must complete our loan car form before leaving.  Please note: these cars are automatic and are provided with a small amount of fuel free.

Computerised Service Records

Our computer program provides a complete record of all services and repairs. This ensures our customers receive the correct service as required.

Communication

We believe customer communication is very important, therefore, it is our policy to inform you of any reasonable options that are available, or any extra parts or repairs that are required in addition to the services or repairs as arranged.

Guarantees

We provide services which will promote the reliability of your vehicle and therefore represent true value for money. We also comprehensively back up our services and repairs should a problem occur.

Warranties

All recommended services and repairs are covered by a minimum of 6 months or 10,000 klms workmanship and parts warranty.
